2至4歲育兒津貼8月起申請　估40萬幼兒受惠
教育部今天表示，將於8月起受理申請2至4歲育兒津貼，符合條件者，每月將發放新台幣2500元育兒津貼，預估全國約40萬名幼兒可受惠。

教育部依據行政院核定的「我國少子女化對策計畫」，採取擴大公共化、建置準公共機制、擴大發放育兒津貼等策略三箭齊發，其中擴大育兒津貼將從今年8月開始推動，教育部國民及學前教育署副享好禮超人氣產品署長許麗娟今天向媒體說明受理申請資訊。

在擴大發放育兒津貼方面，許麗娟表示，除了原本衛福部的0至2歲育兒津貼，教育部將於8月起受理申請2至4歲育兒津貼；只要滿2歲但未滿5歲的幼兒，未就讀公立、非營利、準公共幼兒園，且家庭綜所稅率未達20%，也未請領育嬰留職停薪津貼或接受政府公費安置者，就可請領育兒津貼。

許麗娟指出，滿2歲但未滿5歲且符合申請條件的幼兒，每月將發給2500元育兒津貼，第3名（含以上）子女，每月將發給3500元津貼；根據國教署估算，全國約40萬名幼兒符合申請育兒津貼條件（包含就讀私立幼兒園、未上幼兒園等）。

如果要申請育兒津貼，許麗娟表示，從8月1日開始受理，家長必須檢附申請表、身分證明文件、領取津貼的金融機構帳戶影本等資料，除了幼兒戶籍在嘉義市的家長，必須到聯合里辦公處申請外，其他21縣市則到鄉（鎮、市、區）公所申請，可採親送或郵寄方式辦理。

許麗娟表示，家長如果想瞭解育兒津貼申請相關資訊，可到教育部全國教保資訊網（https://www.ece.moe.edu.tw/）查詢，或是撥打免付費諮詢電話（0800-205-105），由專人協助解答。（中央社）
